When we receive your order, we will send an order confirmation. When we have reviewed your order, we will send an order acceptance. Until we have done this, no contract exists between us.
Imex is committed to customer satisfaction and we will do our best to complete this order as soon as possible. If we are unable to supply your item(s) from stock, we will contact you with an approximate delivery date. If this date is not acceptable, you may cancel your order without penalty.
Imex reserves the right to refuse any orders where the incorrect price has been listed in error on this website.
V.A.T.
Customers in the UK and Ireland will be charged at the current rate of V.A.T.. Customers from other EEC countries will be charged the UK rate unless V.A.T. registered. If you are tax registered in one of these countries, please tick "I am eligible for tax exemption ", enter your V.A.T. number, select "Calculate" and the sale will be zero rated.
PAYMENT
We accept credit and debit cards, cheques and bank transfers in both sterling and euro currencies.
Pro forma Invoices
If your company requires a pro forma invoice before placing an order, please complete purchasing process as normal but select "send invoice" at checkout. We will despatch when payment has been cleared.
