Built on the MSO4000 platform, this unique instrument enables you to time correlate the digital, analogue & RF sections of your design.   Combines an oscilloscope and a spectrum analyser in one instrument at lower cost, less bench space and simpler operation for faster results.

Tektronix TDS1000B series (mono) and TDS2000C series(colour) are the best selling range of Digital Oscilloscopes in the world. They are used extensively in University teaching laboratories and as bench tools for engineers in all industries.  Bandwidths from 40MHz to 200MHz, sampling rates to GS/s, 2.5K memory/channel.

This series brings Low Speed Serial Decoding to an amazingly low price point. Initial costs are kept low and additional features enabled later with plug-in modules. FilterVu is a standard feature which applies a variable  low pass to the foreground trace but retains high frequency components in the background at a lower intensity. Bandwidths of 100MHz & 200MHz, sampling rate 1GS/s, 1M memory/channel.

The MSO2000 Series adds 16 digtal inputs.

The first compact colour LCD oscilloscope, when launched over 9 years ago. The latest version has USB memory slot on front panel.  Bandwidths from 100MHz to 500MHz, sampling rates to 5GS/s, 10K memory/ch.  Internal probe storage tray can be replaced with Li-ion battery for portable applications

First to feature a widescreen display, the DPO3000 oscilloscope can accomodate optional modules to decode Low Speed Serial Busses.  The DPO3000 has 5M of memory on each channel and Wave Inspector to speed up searching data in this depth of memory.   Bandwidths from 100MHz to 500MHz, sampling rate to 2.5GS/s, 5M mem/ch.

The 4000B doubles the memory length from 10Mb/ch to 20Mb/ch. Passive probing is now possible to 1GHz with a revolutionary new probe unique to the 4000B and 7000C series. 10.4" XGA display, up to 1GHz bandwidth and sampling speeds of up to 5GS/s are headline specifications.
